I can’t send emails from my mobile device

There could be a number of different reasons as to why your mobile device can't send emails. The most common reasons are:

  • You are using incorrect login information
  • Your mobile plan doesn't have any data allowance
  • Your mobile operator does not support outgoing SMTP connections

To eliminate mobile network issues try to send an email while connect to a wifi connection.
