Your domain may be suspended where the registry have not been able to confirm your registrant information, usually the email address. Although this can sometimes happen where the details such as address and phone number are invalid or can't be verified.
Verification of registrant information happens after a new domain is registered but also when any registrant information is updated.
An email will be sent to the registrant contact with a link to click for verification, this will usually contain a link to external.xilo.net. Once clicked, you'll need to confirm the change. This needs to be done within 14 days of the message being sent.
If this is not completed, the domain is suspended and you will receive a message advising you of this.
