Unable to see IMAP folders

For you to be able to see IMAP folders, you must be subscribed to view the folders in your email client. Most clients give you an option to manage folder subscription, allowing you to gain access to specific folders from your email account.

After you have subscribed to the IMAP folders, all that needs to be done is to restart your email client. If this doesn't work check your webmail to see if the folders are on the server, since email clients only mirror what they can see on the email server.

If you can see the folders on the email server but not in the client after subscribing to the IMAP folders then please try to reinstall your email client.
