My connection went live as promised yesterday, this is just a line to say thank you for the smooth trouble free transition to you from BT. It is early yet but line specs look very promising.

Im looking at a possible move to Xilo but am fazed at the offerings.


Can someone advise... unmetered sounds interesting but whats difference between extreme and pro unmetered?

Hi,


I'm also looking at moving to a good supplier: I recently switched to PlusNet, and it has been a disaster. The service has been slow, and I have reported it as often as I can. Which means I can't usually get through to 'support'. I eventually did, and they fixed it ... so now I have no broadband at all. It will cost me to move, but I would rather have a reliable supplier.


Is Xilo any good?

Yes, Xilo are great - been with them for a few years now. I am staying with them despite what appears to be cheaper deals elsewhere because I believe you get what you pay for; very helpful, rapid support, if needed! I originally went with Xilo as I didn't want to get tied in to a contract, and they were offering unmetered broadband with no traffic management (i.e. some providers slow your connection at certain times of day - Xilo don't).
