Setting up easy access to webmail for client hosted with reseller hosting

Hello,

how do I set up so that a website owner can access their webmail at an address like webmail.domain.co.uk?

I have several customers who use Google Apps and I can set them up easily with the instructions from Google but how do I set it up for clients whose email is hosted locally instead of remotely?

Thanks

This should work by default, if not, there could be something specific about the domain or account. Drop us a ticket with the details on this if you want.

If not, you can always use http://domain.com/webmail/ as an alternative too.

Hello Matt,

thanks, I’ve just noticed it works for most domains but not this one which seems to be missing some DNS entries (including webmail), is there a quick way to reset or is it best just to copy them from another domain?

For now using http://domain.com/webmail/ will do the job perfectly, I’d forgotten about using that.

Thanks

You can copy from another domain if you want, they should work within 24~ hours once you've done that.
